Who We Are

Sara Fay Egan, the founder and owner has over 16 years of experience in wedding planning and event design.

 

Sara Fay Egan worked from 2004-2011 for a prominent event design company in Dallas running their wedding division and team of wedding planners. She mainly focused on destination weddings and traveled extensively forming vendor relationships all over the country.

In 2012, she co founded Jackson Durham Floral Event Design, a company she co-owned until 2018. She helped grow the business into a full service design and event planning company and then chose to sell her interest in order to focus on family and her true passion, wedding planning.

Sara Fay Egan Events takes on a select number of weddings each year so that they can be available to clients and create a truly unique event for each client. Sara Fay Egan Events has planned weddings all over the country and internationally including: Bahamas, Cabo San Lucas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Italy, Jamaica, Louisiana, Maine, Mayakoba, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Playa Del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Rhode Island, San Miguel, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Sara Fay Egan

Sara Fay is from Memphis, TN and attended the University of Mississippi. She moved to Dallas after college to work for a large event planning and design firm where she fell in love with planning weddings. Sara Fay and her husband Merrick live in Dallas with their two children Grace and Walker.
